Every event is cooked in the same kitchens as our restaurants — Urban Turban's Modern Dhaba menu, Urban Halwai mithai, Urban Bakery cakes and Urban Express street food — from our Halsted Street (Lincoln Park) home, with our Golf Road (Hoffman Estates) kitchen joining in October 2026. Tell us your date, headcount and budget, and we'll come back with a menu and quote, usually the same day.

Catering FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
For office lunches and small parties, 48 hours is usually enough. For weddings and events over 100 guests, 2–4 weeks lets us plan live counters and custom menus.
Do you handle vegetarian, halal or Jain requirements?
Yes — our kitchen cooks halal chicken and goat, and we build fully vegetarian or Jain-friendly menus on request. Tell us in the inquiry and we'll plan around it.
Can you deliver and set up on-site?
Yes — we offer drop-off in disposable trays or full setup with chafing dishes for larger events, from our Halsted (Chicago) kitchen. Our Hoffman Estates kitchen joins in October 2026.
Is there a minimum order for catering?
Catering starts at around 10 guests for boxed meals and trays. There's no upper limit — we've fed weddings of several hundred.
How does pricing work?
We quote per person based on menu and headcount. Share your budget range in the form and we'll suggest a menu that fits it.
